I dedicate the song “Gone” to my friend Sally Menke and its my gift to her memory. I feel music is the best gift I can give and I’m giving it away to Wu-Disciples for free in her name. Who ever like the song can send a blessing of positive energy to Sally’s family and her legacy. Peace.

Reebok Classics and Rock the Bells brings you the exclusive Classic Albums by Classic Artists featuring RZA of the famous Wu-Tang Clan. "I try to make albums like movies, man." Catching up with RZA behind the scenes at Rock the Bells, it was clear that he sees everything through the prism of a movie screen, including Wu-Tang's 1993 classic album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). When asked how it all came together, he compared the platinum album's genre-busting style and MC collaboration to John Woo's 1989 cult classic Hong Kong action film The Killer, just don't ask us what it means. RZA's lyrical genius is as prolific and out-there as ever, so grab yourself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and take a trip to Shaolin.

The Wu abbot speaks on his contributions on arguably one of the most anticipated hip-hop albums in quite some time. While Kanye helmed most of the production duties on the album, he also reached out to some guest producers such as Q-Tip, Pete Rock and RZA himself. Here's a little of what he had to say.

"Kanye asked me to send tracks while they were in Australia," says the Wu-Tang Clan master. "I just thought I would send some shit that would be rugged. I know they can find the poppy, hip-hop places, but I wanted to send them some real edgy shit. Apparently they thought they were great – Kanye said, 'Send some more of that Wu shit!'"

Back in March, Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros' frontman, Alexander Ebert, released his first solo album without much support behind it. However, that's not too surprising since the impressive project, properly titled Alexander, was sang, written and produced entirely by Ebert and Ebert only. Although it hasn't received that much exposure, that could change with the push of interesting remixes like the one that hit the 'net yesterday. To bring one of the album's standout songs, "Truth," to a wider audience, Ebert acquired a verse from none other than RZA. While it is certainly an interesting collaboration, RZA's composed flow comes off in a spoken word fashion and compliments probably the most hip-hop-esque singing Ebert has ever belted out. Listen to the remix of "Truth" below, and head over to iTunes to buy Alexander for only $6.99 if you like what you hear. The official video for the original version of the song is located above.
