It looks like this is going to be a hot summer for Pusha T. The rumor that The Clipse-member will sign to Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music label remains persistent. Frequent collaborator Pharrell Williams has now discussed the idea with MTV. Praising the enormous talents of Pusha and his brother Malice as well as their reputation within the industry, Skateboard P definitely approves this potential development. See for yourself above.

As you probably know, The Clipse are preparing respective solo releases. However, the newly announced release date of Pusha T’s upcoming project, September 14th, has now caused some heavy speculation within the blogosphere. As we reported earlier, the forthcoming albums of G.O.O.D. Music’s Kanye West, KiD CuDi and Big Sean will be released the very same day. Reason enough for MTV to catch up with the Virginia rapper. September 14th will go down as one of the busiest days in hip hop as Kanye, Kid Cudi, Big Sean and Cons plan on releasing their album on the same day. That is until today, when Pusha T who has now announced his plans to join in on the festivities with his own mixtape project due out that same day. Here is his first promo track from the project, and below is a few words from Pusha T on it:

“I put together this freestyle video to plug his street album, coming in September, titled “Fear Of God”. It includes production from Kanye West and all new original music.”
