In anticipation of Lupe Fiasco’s Lasers, Sarah Green blesses the world with her new single “Dirty Rose” featuring the lyrical skills of the Chicago MC. Although the concept varies a bit from the dance-heavy original clip, it sure is good to see these three talented artists on the screen. Janelle Monáe’s debut LP, The ArchAndroid: Suites II and III, is out now via Bad Boy.
As reports indicated a few months earlier B.o.B’s hit singles “Nothin On You” and “Airplanes” were both originally records slated for Lupe Fiasco. The unreleased and unmastered version by the Chicago MC – that also boasts the soulful vocals by talented crooner Bruno Mars – has appeared now. Listen to it below.

In attendance of his forthcoming album Lasers Lupe Fiasco unveils an unreleased track featuring famed songstress Alicia Keys. Apparently the original version of “Love Letter To The Beat” was recorded by Chad Hugo for Ms. Keys’ 2007 album As I Am but did not make the final cut. The song has since been forwarded to the Chicago MC to work his magic on it. Lookout for a Lasers-release date to be announced this week.
