The long-awaited follow up from Laws is finally here and features several tagless songs from his recent 4:57 mixtape, along with production co-signs from 9th Wonder and J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League to name a few. Check out his full description below via his twitter.
Overtime mixtape is finally here. It’s an expanded, taglesshis re-release of acclaimed sophomore mixtape 4:57. 5:01 features guest appearances by such underground/up-and-coming artists as Jay Rock, Jason Caesar, Funkghost, Mason Caine, Calvin Harris. Production comes courtesy of 9th Wonder, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, M-Phazes and many more.
Directed by Decatur Dan, here goes the visuals from one of Laws’ new records on his 5:01 Overtime project which is due out later today. He goes in on an Outkast classic, check it out.

Up and coming Florida-rapper Laws has been hard on his grind lately. A well-received mixtape (4:57) and some noteworthy guest contributions have solidified this young man’s reputation within the industry. With another mixtape entitled 5:01 coming up, Laws wants to make sure that the hype surround him is not going anywhere. Laws alongside Big K.R.I.T. and Emilio Rojas come together for this remix of Hold You Down. The single originally made it’s impressive debut on his 4:57 mixtape, but this time around you’ll find there’s more lyrical wordplay. There’s also a special shoutout to Guru in the end, you get props for that.
