The Bangz render the instrumental of Lil’ Wayne’s Rebirth-cut “Runnin’” as an appetizer for their upcoming “Girls Riot” EP. The J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League produced track is only edited partially since Weezy’s second verse remains on this piece. Altogether the female duo succeeds in giving a fresh interpretation of this rock/rap-ballad. The name Laws has been coming up more often than not lately, and with co-signs from Don Cannon, 9th Wonder and J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, there must be a reason. Surely enough, the Floridian MC is original with his forte, and has some great production behind him. Fresh of his cover shoot of this years XXL’s 2010 Freshmen Class, Jay Rock continues on his momentum with this newly dropped record via his twitter. It features production from renowned the fellas of J.U.S.T.I.C.E League and a some guest verses from officer Ricky. No word on the placement of this track, but a very solid production. Check it out.
