Here comes the previously announced collaboration between Usher and Jay-Z, titled “Hot Toddy”. The Pollow Da Don-produced track is set to appear on the singer’s upcoming Versus EP. Apparently, this is an unfinished version as Ciara is said to replace Ester Dean on the final version. You will find Jay commenting on some issues that have been connected to him for a while now. The title refers to a drink (cider) that is severed hot and mixed with alcohol. The Versus EP is slated for an August 24th-release.
After their announcement of their plans to embark on a world tour, Gorillaz have confirmed their North American concert dates today. The band is set to launch their first show on October 3rd at the Bell Centre in Montreal, alongside some of the more major venues such as New York’s Madison Square Garden and the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. Tickets for the cities of New York, Boston, Detroit, Houston, Camden N.J., Los Angeles and Phoenix will become available on August 6th via LiveNation, with pre-ordering available on August 4th for CitiBank members.
