Noah Baumbach’s motion picture “Greenberg” starring Ben Stiller will be blessed by an indie-rock centric soundtrack featuring new music from LCD Soundsystem. The first musical taste of James Murphy, is “Oh You (Christmas Blues)”. As the title suggests this is a pure Blue-song finding Murphy disturbed and frustrated along the Pink Floyd-style guitar riffs. It is apparent that the lamenting draws parallels to the persona of Greenberg fictional persona.

Ben Macklin and Tom Hammond, the creative minds behind London’s Cassette Club graced “Sleepyhead” with their own blend of disco synths and soul music to create another example of their self-defined electrosexiness.
After climbing up Africa’s biggest mountain Kilimanjaro together to raise awareness for the worldwide water crisis, Lupe Fiasco and Kenna rejoined forces for another good cause. Parisian beatmaker Kavinsky has been a fixture on international dance floors for a while now. His latest effort entitled “Nightcall” should easily solidify his reputation among lovers of radly-electro house music. Produced by Guy Manuel de Homem Christo of Daft Punk, this track serves as a homage to all that 80s sci-tech movie outro music. With vocals from CSS’ Lovefoxx, Kavinsky offers a downtempo slice of bumpy synths and whispery singing. “Night Call” drops via Record Makers on March 22.

The electro masterpiece “Stick To My Side” by German producer Hendrik Weber, better known through his moniker Pantha Du Prince, can be detected on numerous playlists around the globe these days. Kieran Hebden of Four Tet fame now offers his rendition of the enigmatic single “Stick to My Side”, off Pantha’s new album “Black Noise”. The result of this musical threesome is a vibrant and uplifting techno jam. The remix is part of the “Stick to My Side” single, which drops via Rough Trade digitally today in the UK and tomorrow in the U.S., and on vinyl 12″ March 23. The digital version contains two bonus remixes, including the Walls remix.
