Last week, Kodak Black avoided prison time after a judge sentenced him to one year of house arrest and five years of probation after pleading no contest to various charges including robbery, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent. However, just before he was released, authorities discovered that the Healthy Kid had two active warrants -- misdemeanor charges of marijuana -- and transferred him from Broward Main Jail to St. Lucie County Jail. Now, the "No Flockin" rapper is facing another felony charge that could get him locked up for a long time. According to the Sun-Sentinel, Kodak is accused of committing sexual battery at a hotel in Florence, South Carolina on the night of February 7, after a performance at Club Compound a night prior for Francis Marion University's homecoming.
