Tove Lo Teases New Music with Elusive Instagram Posts

Is the Swedish starlet back on the solo trail?

Tove Lo has had a hand in some of the biggest electronic and pop hits of the last two years, featuring on tracks like Flume's "Say It," Nick Jonas' "Close," Years & Years' "Desire," and Broods' "Freak Of Nature." Now, the Swedish starlet has teased a return to her solo career with two elusive Instagram posts seemingly showing screenshots from a yet-to-be-released music video paired with scorned lyrics. An image of Lo standing ominously in front of flames is paired with "you do your thing, never wanted a future" and a shot of two figures holding hands in a desert is captioned "you can run free, I won't hold it against ya" alongside the hashtag "#soon." If this is an indication of impending new material, it will be our first dose of individual solo music from Lo since her breakout 2014 LP, Queen Of The Clouds. See the Instagram updates below.
