During Kendrick Lamar's headlining set at Osheaga, he invited none other than Yasiin Bey, fka Mos Def, a special guest to support him for the segment of his latest To Pimp a Butterfly single "Alright." The good folks over at Pigeons & Planes captured the iconic moment on camera as you can see in the clip below. Yasiin was watching Kendrick’s performance from the side of the stage before he came out dancing to “King Kunta.” According to reports, K. Dot told the attending crowd that Mos Def was the reason he began rapping. More than enough reasons to celebrate this moment.
