According to TMZ, Dogg Pound member, Daz Dillenger says a sequel to the recording breaking music biopic Straight Outta Compton is already in the works. Apparently, part two will cover the rise of Death Row Records and the careers of Tupac and Snoop Dogg, potentially be titled "Dogg Pound 4 Life." Although there hasn't been any confirmation of casting, according to Daz, it's unlikely anyone from "Straight Outta Compton" will be in the follow up, however he did say Dr. Dre's son Curtis Young, will likely play his father's character this time around.
Seemingly, Ice Cube will not be producing the sequel but has given his blessings while Suge Knight, who is still riddled with legal problems, was displeased with his portrayal. Imagine how he'll feel with a more in depth look at his affliation with Death Row Records. We'll see how what happens with the development of the film.
