Business Insider is reporting that Apple has already suffered a minor mishap with its newly-launched Apple Music service. While Beats 1 Radio was initially scheduled to begin airing at noon EST, the station and Zane Lowe's program accidentally began streaming an hour before the intended airtime. For those who tuned in early, you probably heard well over half-an-hour of Zane Lowe and his engineer testing mics, complete with ambient background music. Listeners from around the world sounded off on Twitter about the accident, with users such as @david_rosenberg tweeting, "Zane Lowe doesn't seem to realise he is live right now." While today's incident isn't that big of a deal in the grand scheme of Apple's new venture, Business Insider's James Cook adds:
It's possible that Lowe always meant for the world to hear his soundcheck. But it doesn't give a good first impression for the launch of Apple's new music streaming service. People were pretty confused when they tuned in and heard "Test, test test."
