Apple is reportedly offering Drake a $19 million dollar deal to have him appear as a guest DJ for iTunes Radio, in addition to other responsibilities. The Toronto artist is among a slew of others Apple is pursuing for its new revamped streaming service. With its World Wide Developer Conference in San Fransisco next week, the Cupertino tech giant has been visiting record labels looking to secure artists, such as Pharrell Williams and David Guetta, as it prepares for an attack on other online music competitors. Enticing customers to sample its new offering, iTunes Radio will start with a free three-month trial before a $10 USD per month subscription. However, Apple is looking for labels to comply with its deal as well, and offer its music rights free of charge for the same duration. Expect an official announcement on June 8 at the 2015 Worldwide Developer Conference.
