The previous leak off Onra's forthcoming Fundamentals album, the Daz Dillinger and Oliver Daysoul collaboration "We Ridin," was backyard-BBQ and summertime-cruising music at its finest. "So Long," Onra's latest, Chuck Inglish-assisted release off Fundamentals, is laidback, soulful hip-hop that should make most purists proud. Considering Onra's upcoming album is said to take its inspirational cues from the R&B and rap of the nineties, the sound of "So Long" makes sense and fits in perfectly with the nostalgic aesthetic of the LP. Don't count this out as just a simple "throwback" jam -- like the official description of Fundamentals states, "So Long" is representative of "a very modern sound." Also, Chuck Inglish always kills it over smooth beats like the one Onra employs for "So Long."
