Daft Punk Documentary In The Works

France's BBC Worldwide Productions is partnering up with Canal Plus to produce a documentary film about the renowned, French-electro duo, Daft Punk. The one-hour documentary marks BBC Worldwide’s first commission from Canal Plus and is scheduled to air in 2015. The piece will be directed by Hervé Martin Delpierre and co-written Marina Rozenman. The documentary piece will cover the rise and creative world of the two renowned DJ’s, Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. Jean Louis Blot, topper of BBC Worldwide Productions France went onto say:

“We are proud to announce our first commission with Canal Plus Group on such an original and creative film....BBC Worldwide France stands as a major French producer of documentaries with stunning production values and universal appeal.”

Gellé, executive producer of BBC Worldwide Productions also added:
