Danny Brown – Dip

Leading up to the much-anticipated release of his Old album, today Danny Brown drops off another visual in promotion of the forthcoming work. "Dip" features an unmistakable sample from Freak Nasty’s “Da’ Dip" single, with the coinciding video highlighting Brown in a variety of shades as well as performing the new release. Oh, and the Molly references are still there, too. Nonetheless, while you wait on the early October project release, enjoy the "Dip" visual above.

Noooooooooooo. I'm so sad about this music. XXX was completely autonomous, on it's own wave-length, without references to trap, EDM, or mainstream hip-hop culture. It is a genuinely original sound.

This music isn't anywhere near the same level.

Same shit happened to A$AP Rocky upon his major label blowup.

    I'm sad.

Nah, that's not true. Some things I like, some things I don't like. I was simply expressing an opinion on the piece--as a fan of Danny Brown.
