Back in September, Kendrick Lamar made mention of his desire to collaborate with R&B soulstress, Erykah Badu. Interview Magazine made that happen yesterday, but with a twist, as Ms. Badu was commissioned to interview the young lyricist as they went back and forth on various topics, with the exchange leading to Kendrick naming his top 10 rappers (in no specific order), his on-tour ("rider") essentials, and his insights on womanhood. Erykah also chimed in to give her perspective on life as a middle-aged woman and her curiosity to experience life as a man. Check it out below, and tell us what you feel about his thoughts on the subjects.

Erykah on the dichotomy of being a man versus being a woman:

I mean, I'm happy that I am who I am, but being a woman in her forties ain't no joke, man. I'm tellin' you . . . This is some other-ness shit.
