Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in Atlantic City has closed its doors for good on account of the devastating damage caused during Hurricane Sandy. The establishment’s lease was up in October, the same month the storm hit the East Coast. Heavy flooding to the building as well as a hole being torn in the roof subsequently left the club with no choice but to not renew their lease. The 40/40 Club in Atlantic City opened its doors in October 2005.

Jay isn't hurting after this since he getting that B.A.I.C.- Big Ass Insurance Check. Cashing it instead of rebuilding it. He's a business, man.
