NBA Denies Banning Lil Wayne
By Richard Brooks / News / February 20, 2013 / 1142 Views

Looks like Lil Wayne's recent claims against the NBA may actually be false. After Weezy shared that he had been banned from all league events, NBA Senior Director of Basketball Communications Mark Broussard spoke with TMZ and shared that there was "no truth at all" to the statements made by Young Money general. Wayne addressed a crowd during one of his recent performances and shared that the NBA had banned him from all events because of an incident involving the Miami Heat organization, where Weezy was kicked out of Miami's America Airlines Arena for cheering for the opposing Lakers. We'll have to wait and see what ultimately happens between the two, and we will be sure to keep you up to date with the latest information on the matter.

Whoever wrote this section needs to get it straight, the Miami Heat didnt ban him for cheering for the Lakers, he was banned for making a gun gesture at a fan who was sitting near him at the game. Why would the heat ban him for cheering for LA? Do you guys even use coming sense or logic sometimes before writting something? Smh
