Brooklyn MC Skyzoo goes full Do-or-Die Bed-Stuy for his latest video release, “Spike Lee Was My Hero,” off his A Dream Deferred album. Enlisting the help of BK legend Talib Kweli, the video clip sees Skyzoo paying homage to the movie director both lyrically and visually, as he and Kweli spit their verses in a room full of Spike Lee memorabilia. As an added bonus, Lee himself makes a cameo at the end of the video, giving his seal of approval to another artist from the Stuy. Check out the visuals below, and let us know what you think.
