It's becoming tradition, as Kanye West freestyles a rant over an acoustic treatment of "Clique" this past weekend in Atlantic City. Not just any ordinary one either – clocking in at 10 minutes long, it's certainly one of his more emotive "speeches" in which he talks about Michael Jackson, the music biz, and the shocker: he and Kim Kardashian are expecting a seed. Congratulations Kanye and Kim. We ask you now, what should they name it?

I think people forget he's been doing this kind of thing from the very beginning e.g. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jq1h0O48k90 He'll probably turn this freestyle (notice that I did not use the word 'rant') into a song, make tons of money off it, and wallow at home because people didn't think, because they didn't get it.

This isn't jumping the shark. This is an artist at work.
