After recently revealing his alter ego as Captain Murphy, Flying Lotus, formerly known as Steven Ellison, has announced that he will be working on the Captain Murphy LP with previous collaborator and Brainfeeder colleague Steve "Thundercat" Burner in addition to “some project I'm not allowed to talk about!” With the producer recently branching out to explore another corner of the musical landscape with his vocal rap attributes, we're keen to see what the experimentalist chooses to explore next. Last year FlyLo co-produced Thundercat's well-received LP The Golden Age of Apocolypse. Stay tuned as more details are likely to emerge real soon.
