RZA offers up a new alternate version of Kanye West’s “White Dress,” the original of which features on the Wu-Tang rapper/director’s The Man with the Iron Fists soundtrack. Featuring Tru James of Wu-Tang’s affiliated soul group Stone Mecca, it’s a more stripped-down production driven by an upbeat piano composition that gives the laid-back beat more soul than the original. The additional angelic vocal sample strewn across the track complemented by a more distinct loop could have you thinking this is an entirely new song altogether.
