i-D Magazine recently sat down with Kendrick Lamar on the heels of his critically acclaimed full-length debut good kid, m.A.A.d city, which dropped on three weeks ago and has already moved a 240k units since its release via Interscope. The Q&A finds the Compton native delving into early gigs, his support system and his eclectic taste which in turn shaped his sound. In addition, he touches upon linking up with both Dr. Dre and Drake as well as projects outside of music that Kendrick would like to conquer as well.
