50 Cent & Eminem to Make Collaborative Album Similar to ‘Watch the Throne’?

During the making of 50 Cent's latest video, "My Life," MTV had the opportunity to sit down with hip-hop veterans 50 and Eminem, where the question of the two creating a Watch the Throne-esque album was brought forward. While neither of the two directly answers the question, Curtis did jokingly throw out the notion that fans could be treated to an EP. If the two did release a collaborative project, it would definitely be something hip-hop fans would enjoy, but could it surpass the success of Jay-Z and Kanye West's? Let us know what you think of the possibilities of 50 Cent and Eminem releasing an album together down below.

If this would have happened back in 03-04 .....

I'd be looking more forward to a collaborative album with the two if 50 was absent on about 98% of it.

50 cent should not be with interscope/shady anymore!!!!! his shit is dated not legendary like his counterparts em and dre. an em and dre album though, that would definitely challenge watch the throne

Dr.dre and snoop dogg album would be the shiiiiit or eminem. But I think snoop would be a perfect match to go against hov and yeezy

Could it compete with WTT in terms of what? Sales? No. I don't think there with ever be a collaborative album that blows up the way that album did. Honestly I'm skeptical about an Eminem comeback. 50 has been trying to do his thing but getting nowhere as farm as I'm concerned.

Why the hate? I think it'll be cool to see both the artists venture into their rapping style and chemistry. Watch The Throne was a solid hit album no doubt, but it was not strictly hip-hop. The beats were too poppy and more tuned for pop listeners. If Em and 50 manage to do a collaboration album or EP, I think we're in for something worth listening to.
