Odd Future’s LA Carnival Recap

Odd Future closed out the summer by staging their very own carnival that went down at a parking lot in Los Angeles. Inviting fans and friends alike, the day-long event served as a curtain closer to their nationwide 'Camp Flog Gnaw' tour. In conjunction with Incase, revelers were treated to a host of carnival games, rides, prizes and performances from Odd Future as well as guest appearances by Action Bronson, RiFF RAFF and Casey Veggies.     As much as i'm pleased as fuck for them that they've made it, I can't get away from feeling like something 'organic' has been lost from the whole thing.
    Charging kids basically for access to the group? Now that kinda sucks when you look back at their history. This kinda thing, and the over-merching seem to draw away from how genuinely legit they are as artists for the most part.
