In anticipation of her MTV Video Music Awards performance this Thursday, Alicia Keys discloses the first of three versions of her upcoming single “Girl on Fire.” The R&B singer enlists the lyrical services of Nicki Minaj for the “Inferno” remix who lays down two verses on the track. As well as the “Inferno” remix, expect a “Bluelight” version along with the original recording to drop in the coming weeks. The track also shares the name of Keys’ fifth studio album which will feature the likes of Babyface, Emeli Sandé, Jamie xx, Sevyn, Jeff Bhasker, Pop & Oak and of course her husband Swizz Beatz. The Girl on Fire LP drops November 27 but in the meantime, stream the title track above.
