    I'm 99% sure that lyric is directed at rappers/emcee's, because he's top of the pile and living sweet so doesn't give a shit what they say. Not at the common working man. I don't really see a guy doing a 9 to 5 scheming against him, or Officer Ricky being bothered by such schemes. You got a chip on your shoulder man, should get it seen to.
