With the news about Aaliyah's posthumous album dying down as of late, today we bring you some interesting information in regards to the upcoming project. Aaliyah's uncle and former manager Barry Hankerson has taken to social media and shared what is rumored to be the cover art for the future album. The founder of Blackground Records took to his Twitter and shared along with the photo the following tweet saying:
Aaliyah posthumous 2013 16 unreleased tracks produced by @Drake @OVO40 " Enough said" #TeamAaliyah RT/.\
The cover features an image of what looks to be the singer from her video for "Rock The Boat," as she's swimming upwards, along with a modified version of her "/.\" logo. No words as to a name for the upcoming 16-track album, set to be produced by Drake and Noah "40" Shebib, but we'll be sure to notify you as more information is released.
