Although Jay-Z is already partial owner of the Brooklyn Nets, he has now decided to let his basketball expertise spill over into the virtual world. Revealing through this trailer, Jay-Z has been appointed as the Executive Producer for the upcoming NBA 2K13 video game. While the extent of Hov's involvement with the video game is still under wraps, the trailer features a voice over from Michael Jordan, alongside visual accompaniment of his digital self with additional in-game footage of Derrick Rose, Blake Griffin and reigning scoring champ Kevin Durant. NBA 2K13 is set to release on all major gaming consoles on October 2.
