Ever since Wiz Khalifa released the well-received Cabin Fever back in February, fans have been craving a new mixtape from the Pittsburgh-repping "Black and Yellow" hit maker. Finally, in the midst of a promotional run for his movie and album collaboration with Snoop Dogg, Mac and Devin Go To High School, Khalifa has decided to let loose the first taste of his upcoming solo project. The mixtape, titled Taylor Allderdice after the high school that both he and fellow Steel City native Mac Miller attended, will be Khalifa's tenth, and the expectations are pretty high for it. The first taste of the tape is now here in the form of "California," a laid-back song that sounds like it could have fit in on Kush & Orange Juice. Accompanying the audio is a music video, which Khalifa released via Twitter today. The clip, which encapsulates the beachside, hotel deck life that the 24-year-old rap star lives, was shot by Khalifa's in-house videographer Bill Paladino and can be viewed above. Look out for Taylor Allderdice to drop sometime in 2012, and head over to iTunes to purchase your copy of Mac and Devin Go To High School.
