Madonna signs deal with Interscope Records worth three million dollars

Fresh from being named halftime performer for Super Bowl XLVI, pop legend Madonna recently signed a deal with Interscope Records, which is worth $3 million. Upon leaving Warner Brothers where she spent roughly 25 years, her new-found home will now pay her $1 million per record, as she is notched for three projects. Interscope continues to add to its impressive roster which already includes the likes of Lady Gaga and Eminem.

    I'd like it if it had Mac Miller, actually. And the fact she sought out M.I.A. To be featured shows she truly still knows REAL creativity currently thriving.

    3 mill? that's it? asap rocky supposedly got 3 mill. how does a rapper who's only released one mixtape get paid the same amount as the most celebrated living American pop icon? i'm not a fan of madonna and i am a fan of rocky's but somebody has to explain to him what an advance is. just because they are giving you 3 million dollars to write and record some albums doesn't mean that money is yours young buck.

    I think J.LO comback is awful, she couldnt sing then and she can't sing now nothing changed, none of her tunes a memorable.. its as bad as her over acting... I've stopped buying into the double standard/recent dumbed down for popularity Madonna a long time ago......

    considering how popular she was back then, and even after being away for so many years she was being brought up by  Lady who?'s copycat tactics I'd say might as well be the 80s again only this time with the real deal and not the amateurish 'monster girl" who swears she was born that way when all she did was play Madonna drag queen.

    you do realize is 1 milllion that is costing Interscope to get sales from the PHYSICAL releases (CDs n such)  and those sales of course will be split from Madonna's Label Nationlive.  Madonna is basically coming after Gaga's head by going into her house and using her own weapons to speed up her already declining fame. it makes sense though if interscope, got the 99 cent album deal so that lady gaga could have an 600K sales plus the radio airplay/publicity (bribing rolling stone to feature gaga praising left and right) when she is a mere drag queen/imitator...imagine what they can do do a REAL megastar like Madonna. bravo MADONNA.
