Earlier this week, poetic and literary icon Maya Angelou went on record with the New York Post to express her disappointment over the use of the N-word by Common on the track she features on – “The Believer.” Common came on BET’s 106 & Park to address the issue and Angelou partakes in clearing matters up by phoning into the show to talk with the rapper and the show’s hosts Rocsi and Terrence Jenkins.
