What a year for Frank Ocean. After garnering global attention for his outstanding Nostalgia.Ultra mixtape and collaborating The Throne, Beyoncé and more, the New Orleans-born, Los Angeles-based crooner has now received even more honors. Ocean was named “Rookie of the Year” by acclaimed style magazine GQ in their “Men of the Year” issue, which features Jay-Z on the cover. Deserved? Discuss below.
