Kid Cudi & Cage – Maniac (Directed by Shia LaBeouf)

Eleven months after Kid Cudi first announced that the Shia LaBeouf-directed visuals inspired by his Man On The Moon II collaboration with Cage, "Maniac," were on the way, and nearly five months since the trailer for it hit the 'net, the short film has finally arrived. It's no coincidence that the 10-minute clip was released today, though. In true Halloween horror film fashion, "Maniac" follows Cudi and Cage around the city of Detroit as they bring terror to its citizens in full French-speaking, cold-blooded-killing mode. You can watch it above, but you may want to refrain from doing so at work, or as the warning states at the beginning, in front of children.     This is a ripoff of the french film, "Man Bites Dog". Except that film had a point to it. There is no point to this short film, it's just a bunch of pointless murders, filmed with shots shia labouf probably thought were brilliant.

    Why are they speaking French? It takes place in New York, and niether Cage or Cudi are French.

    Everyone should just check out Man Bites Dog.
