It appears hip-hop heads have new signs of hope as a "rough demo" of Act II emerges courtesy of Jay Electronica's Tumblr page. This following what many would call a hiatus from Jay Electronica after releasing a stem of instant classics. But in his defense, you can never rush greatness. Stay tuned!
