J. Cole announces album title & release date

Following much speculation and a few delays, J. Cole has revealed the title and release date for his debut album via Twitter. The much-anticipated long-player will be titled Cole World: The Sideline Story and will be released on September 27 through Roc Nation/Sony Music. The title continues the basketball theme that was used in his previous mixtape offerings. The album's first single, "Work Out," has been released last week. Stay tuned as more details are likely to emerge really soon.

    HA nice job hypetrak, like a month ago yall said it would be titled cole world and a million and one haters came out spazzin saying wtf he never said that where are you gettin that info from it wont be called cole world etc. and look at that its titled cole world. sick i never doubted you for a second
