Keeping their promise to put out new releases albeit their breakup, The White Stripes have prepared a special treat for their numerous followers around the globe. The duo's final gig recording is set to be released as a vinyl live album, entitled Live in Mississippi which contains audio footage from the band's gig on July 31, 2007 in Southaven, Mississippi. The piece will be accompanied with a new DVD, Under Moorhead Lights All Fargo Night, which was recorded at Ralph’s Corner Bar in Moorhead, Minnesota on June 13, 2000.
In addition, one of The White Stripes' first-ever recordings, a cover of Love's "Signed DC," will also be released on 7-inch vinyl which will be backed up by a cover of Otis Redding's "I’ve Been Loving You Too Long" as the B-side tune.
