Jay-Z & Kanye West announce 'Watch The Throne' European tour dates Chris Brown’s ‘F.A.M.E.’ Tops Billboard Charts

Billboard reports that Chris Brown netted his first no. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart as F.A.M.E. earned the top spot with 270,000 sold according to Nielsen SoundScan. Jennifer Hudson also returned back onto the scene in style as her sophomore effort, I Remember Me took the second position with 165,000 units, whereas last week's no. 1, Adele's 21 dropped to no. 3 with 96,000. Altogether there are seven new entries in the top 10 with The Strokes's Angles arriving at no. 4 (89,000), while Kirk Franklin's Hello Fear earns at no. 5 (87,000). It is worth pointing out that Sony Music took over the entire top 5 with their releases. The digital-exclusive charity compilation Songs For Japan sold 68,000 copies, thus landing at no. 6 and Panic at the Disco's "Vices & Virtues" bows at no. 7 (56,000). The final top 10 arrival, Bobby V's Fly On the Wall hit no. 9 with 38,000. Lupe Fiasco's Lasers rounds up the top 10 with 29,000.
