When I first heard The Last Shadow Puppets’ moody, bluesy, slightly psychedelic “My Mistakes Were Made For You” it quickly became my favorite song on the album The Age Of The Understatement. The video looks like it came straight out of some 60’s foreign flick with its dramatic foggy slow motion scenes and weird mood lighting. The video culminates into the Puppets having an impromptu jam session in a gazebo for some reason. I don’t get it either, but the video and song are dope regardless. Don’t sleep on this one.
